Merchandise |
All of our
stock jewelry purchased over the web may be returned within 10 days
of your receipt for exchange
or a full refund of the purchase price (you pay the postage), provided
the jewelry is in original and unused condition. Thereafter, you may
exchange
for other merchandise of equal or greater value or pay a restocking fee,
provided the returned jewelry is in original and unused condition. All
sales are final for merchandise purchased in person over the counter
and these items may only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value
within 5 days of purchase. Please contact Pandora & Pendragon™ for
specifics and instructions prior to returning your merchandise. |
| Custom
Merchandise |
Custom jewelry
cannot be returned unless we have made a measurement error or have not
satisfied
your original design specifications (including engraving misspellings).
However, we will make every effort to adjust, modify, or repair our custom
products
to satisfy
you with the least additional cost. Please read our repair

concerning modifications to custom jewelry and we will be happy to accommodate
you. |
| Damaged
Merchandise |
We ship
insured, so any merchandise damaged or lost in shipping is the responsibility
of the shipping company. Please contact them directly for any damage
or loss claims.
We understand
that our jewelry is occasionally damaged during normal wearing. Accidents
happen. While we cannot be responsible for
abuse
of
our merchandise or injury to the wearer, we will take responsibility
for defective merchandise. Please read our repair
section and contact Pandora & Pendragon™ concerning
broken jewelry. |

fee or exchange costs, you may now pay that amount. Please allow four

weeks for custom orders unless other arrangements have been accepted. You
