appraisers shall use current industry approved appraisal methodology
and research procedures to prepare their appraisal report. Our appraisers
shall not charge a fee based on a percentage of the valuation found,
the financial outcome from the use of the appraisal, or whether the appraiser
will purchase the item of property being appraised. Fees for appraisals
will be based on the expected degree of difficulty or complexity, to
be determined prior to evaluation, and agreed upon in advance by the

quality of the labor, and the complexity of the product. Some of the
products are constructed from unique materials and represent a one of
